Web Hosting Plus is great because unlike other webhosts which force you to pay for a year’s worth of service, you can pay on a monthly basis and cancel whenever you want without feeling that you will be losing money as you did not spend an entire year with the host. Additionally, with their 24x7x365 support you will get help for any issue you have no matter when it occurs.
Web Hosting Plus guarantees that you will be able to reach them 24x7x365 regardless of your issue and have your issue resolved in a timely manner. I had an issue once at 3am in the morning and they were actually able to guide me through troubleshooting the problem and got my site back online within a half hour of me opening up the support ticket (in case you guys are reading this, thanks a lot because you really saved my butt there).
