Most of women get used to wear high heels as they feel it makes them look elegant, but some women who used to wear sneakers all the time when they get to make a difference and wear high heels, they will feel it very hard. Sneakers are very comfort and better than high heels to your feet, while in some certain occasions, the sneakers and casual shoes will be not suitable such as the high heels.
Wearing high heels is useful in making you look slimmer, your stomach looks flatter and your femininity looks fabulous; but to walk by high heels well, you should practice on that to learn this skill.
If you are going to wear high heels for the first time, don’t choose the very high heels; because you will feel it very hard to walk by. Choose the shoes with 2 or 3 inches heels to help you in keeping your balance or you can wear a boot with heels of 3 or 4 inches which will increase the comfort and balance to you.
When you are going to purchase a high heel, you should try it first and stand on the floor with a straight knees; if you can raise yourself on toes about one inch, so it will be suitable for you to wear; but if you could not, so don’t purchase it and choose another with lower heels. Wear your high heels at home and walk, dance or climb the stairs up and down, so this will make you get used to wear it normally.
Avoid bending your knees while walking by the high heels, walk with keeping your legs close together and you can stand on one foot and touch the middle of the other foot; all these can help you to practice to get used to wear high heels.
