There are thousands of chemicals in the form of facial creams, and moisturizers that promise to make you look younger or keep you young. The most severe options include surgery, Botox injections, and others. But do they really? Instead of applying these chemicals or take more drastic measures, try some simple techniques that can make you look younger face without spending much money.

Steps
1-Avoid smoking: If you have the habit of smoking, and if you love yourself and your body and want to live longer, then it is time to stop. For this, all you need is the will. You can also opt for chewing gum when you feel the urge to smoke.

2-Stay out of the sun: even the winter sun makes you feel warm in harsh ultraviolet rays that sagging skin and gives her wrinkles. Do not go past without first proper sunscreen lotion.

3-Antioxidants: Antioxidants are molecules that control and prevent free radicals. Free radicals are the primary cause of skin damage. You can prevent this by consuming more antioxidants. There are creams that say they contain antioxidants. When you eat, eat more fruits or vegetables deep colors, for it is said that the more the color of vegetables is deeper, they contain antioxidants. These include blueberries, raspberries, and vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, etc.

4-Keep your face clean: wash your face every day with cold water immediately after waking and at night before bed. Make it a habit. After washing your face, apply a good cream that helps to produce collagen which in most cases helps to maintain skin elasticity. You can use a scrub once or twice a week to remove dead cells and keep your skin soft.

5-Drink water: sometimes it is very difficult to drink enough water. But we have no alternative. Keep a bottle of water with you and make sure to drink all before breakfast.

6-No stress: we must enjoy life and not under stress. Stress has never resulted in a solution until now. When you are stressed, do something you like, talk to your best friend, write a journal, pray or meditate. This has always been beneficial.
