There is no need to go on a diet, just you should watch out for your own needs and take in the food in adequate amount. 4. You should eat more fruits: fruits are yummy and delicious. Their fat content is very low and also they help in digestion. Fruits have a great role in providing you with a healthy life, body, skin and brain.



5. Quit drinking and smoking: Stop going to the pub so often as alcohol can harm your body if the intake is in excessive amount. Quit to smoke is not an easy step, but now there are a lot of available products that could help you. You should visit a specialist to treat yourself from drinking and smoking.



6. Get your medical check up every year: the medical check up is a life saver for most of cancer patients. Getting your medical check up helps you in detecting any disease that you are suffering from.




7. Be always happy: think of the happy things in your life and avoid to stress yourself too much. You should smile and laugh as laughter is the best medicine. The pessimistic people do not usually have a healthy life, because of their pessimistic thought.
