2- There is a big connection between focused intensity in your workout and the results that you will get. The more you focus in your training the more you get more benefits and achieve good results.
3- In the beginning, it will be hard to achieve your intense focus, but it isn’t impossible. First, you must make a plan for what you want to do in the gym, how many sets and reps you want to perform for each exercise and your main goal that you want to achieve. If you design your workout program, you will follow it and get better results.
