 Shipping Questions 

When Will You Ship My Items?

All orders take 3-5 business days to process after receipt and validation of payment. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with your tracking number. Refer to our Delivery and Shipping Page.

When Will My Items Arrive?

Most items ship within 3-5 business days. It depends on where you are and the product warehouse location, so deliveries can take anywhere from 10-28 days (Delivery details will be provided in your email Confirmation).

Where Are My Items Coming From?
All orders ship from our warehouses in the United States, China, Russia or Hongkong.
Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?
In some cases, items will be sent in separate packages due to logistical reasons. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. When this is the case we will provide tracking numbers for each package. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
Do You Ship Outside The United States?
Yes, We ship all over the WORLD. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at Checkout. We Run Discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive Deals.
Do You Offer Cancellation and Refund Policy?
  • Yes, Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund if it has not been shipped. After they have been processed and have an attached tracking number your order may not be canceled.
  • Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Pouted Store cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
  • Once your item has shipped we are also not responsible for delivery from the postal service. If your item says it was delivered but has not arrived please check with your local post office for confirmation. Again, we are not responsible for their error in delivery.
  • We cannot ship to a P.O. Box so please include a physical address.
  • Please refer to our Cancellation and return policies.

Can I Return My Product?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, We’re happy to Help. Just check our return policy to make sure you’re eligible for refund, then Contact us directly and we’ll take you through the Process.

Can I Get My Product Personalized or Customized?

It depends on the Product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options There.

Why Don't I See The Same Product Deal On Your Website That I See Advertised On Facebook?
This can be old advertisement. So, even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We recommend bookmarking and registering in our website newsletter to get our unique updated promotions regularly.
