 Shipping & Tracking: 

We source products from all over the world to bring you the most unique products with the lowest prices. This means sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get your order but it’s always worth it!

  • Most orders come with free shipping ( We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier. Some larger or heavier items may cost more to ship and additional shipping charges may need to be added. In this case, you will be contacted, via email, prior to shipping).
  • Once we ship your order, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number. If you don’t, click the button in the original email received to view your order status online. We ship from USA, China, Russia and Hongkong (depending on the item) so your transit time will vary (average 20-28 business days for free shipping orders).
  • Your package will show arrived at your local country’s postal service where you can view it upon delivery or attempted delivery. In transit information is rarely posted at the destination so do not be alarmed if no information is posted yet on the website until delivery.
  • If there is an issue with delivery, your local post office will update their website then and will generally hold your package up to 10 days for pickup at your local post office. If you’re in a rush to receive your package, you should visit your local post office with your tracking number and inquire. At times, customers are able to retrieve packages prior to their disbursement and save some time.

 Product Availability & Backorder Items 

We continually strive to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. Due to the nature of e-commerce, availability varies by item. Each product’s availability status is noted in the Shipping info Section at the bottom of each product page. Please refer to this section for the product’s particular status. In an effort to provide our customers with as much information as possible, below is a summary of our availability status terms.

  • IN STOCK – On-site and will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
  • BACKORDER – Delayed availability by wholesaler; generally back in stock within 6-8 weeks, but varies. Shipped immediately upon availability.
  • Out of Stock – No available at this time. The stock will be replenished (check back later).

In the event a product’s availability changes, you will be notified immediately via email and provided with alternative options, including the option to request a refund. It is The Reclaimed general policy to hold your order and ship immediately once our stock is replenished in the absence of customer direction otherwise. We will not automatically cancel your order. We do our best to get your items processed and shipped quickly, but sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, a delay may occur and we appreciate your understanding and patience.


At the time of processing your order for shipping, you will receive a shipment notification via email that includes a tracking number to track the status of your package. Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday (holidays excluded), and will leave our shipment center warehouse within 7 business days, unless otherwise noted as described above.

Please note:

  • The shipping weights online delineated on each product page is an estimate only. The weight entails the actual item packaged with appropriate protection, packaging materials and box or envelope rounded to the nearest 100 grams or Kilogram. If there are any questions regarding exact weights, the customer is required to inquire in advance of order.
  • As our store grows, our shipping logistics are complex. Moreover, weights for each product may be missing or inaccurately low on our catalog. In short, this means shipping can easily be miscalculated especially when an item is shipped from China and its weight may be significant – such as 1- 2Kg. Presently, our e-commerce platform is unable to factor these elements and since we can’t always know, we simply provide the benefit of the doubt to the customer and checkout is set to be the lowest possible (or sometimes we offer free shipping offers). So at times, when we’re at a loss, we reserve the right to follow up with the customer to cover shipping costs. We do this on a trust basis as we assume all our customers are descent people to respond in kind. We know we offer the best price and value anywhere in our arena of sales and with a shipping adjustment we, keep it at a bare minimum.
  • The requested dates for orders will be accommodated on a best efforts basis and we are not responsible for unexpected delays of mail carriers. The onus to track a package lies fully with the customer and this is especially true if your package is time sensitive. A package may be delayed if an address is incomplete or a package is missing documents especially cross border shipments and it is the customer’s responsibility to follow the package carefully and contact the shipping company to correct an address or provide documentation as required. While we often mark packages specially for cross border ease, any duties, import fees are solely the responsibility of the customer. If we’re contacted to provide further assistance or documentation to release a package we will gladly comply to assist.
  • When inquiring about your package with us, always reference your order ID.
  • We offer the lowest Shipping rates than anyone, which is most of the time free shipping (ZERO shipping costs), so please be patient. All packages shipped are insured & registered with a tracking number, so you can watch your package online anytime.

  • For over sized items and specialty items whose weight , fragility and specific destination locations differ, we reserve the right to advise a change to shipping cost and adjust accordingly. A notification via email will be sent on your order as soon as we verify actual costs significantly different than paid. In all cases, customs and duty charges remain the full responsibility of the customer to pay. There are no exceptions.

All prices in our shops and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
