♥ Molten chocolate babycakes

The required ingredients include:
♦ 3 tbsp soft unsalted butter
♦ Soft unsalted butter for greasing
♦ 350 grams dark chocolate
♦ 4 large eggs
♦ Pinch of salt to be put with eggs
♦ 150 grams superfine sugar
♦ 50 grams all-purpose flour
♦ 1 tsp vanilla extract
♦ Before starting to do anything, you have to preheat your oven to 200ºC/gas mark 6/400ºF and put in a baking sheet.
♦ Draw three circles on a sheet of doubled baking parchment using one of the moulds and cut out the 6 discs to be placed into the base of the tins.

♦ Mix the superfine sugar and butter well and then beat in the eggs, vanilla and salt gradually.
♦ Add the flour until the whole mixture is smoothly combined and then add the cooled chocolate.

♦ Decorate the plates with the remaining dressing and then serve.
