The required ingredients include:
♦ 3 tbsp soft unsalted butter
♦ Soft unsalted butter for greasing
♦ 350 grams dark chocolate
♦ 4 large eggs

♦ 150 grams superfine sugar
♦ 50 grams all-purpose flour
♦ 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
♦ Before starting to do anything, you have to preheat your oven to 200ºC/gas mark 6/400ºF and put in a baking sheet.
♦ Draw three circles on a sheet of doubled baking parchment using one of the moulds and cut out the 6 discs to be placed into the base of the tins.

Ingredients
♦ 4 slices of smoked salmon
♦ 10 large cooked prawns (peeled but don’t remove tails)

♦ Lime juice of (1 lime)
♦ Finely grated zest of (½ lime)
♦ ½ tsp finely grated fresh root ginger

Directions
♦ Mix the horseradish cream or sauce with the crème fraîche and add a little pepper and salt.
♦ Whisk the lime juice, honey, ginger and seasoning with the olive oil and then add the salad.
♦ Divide the smoked salmon and cooked prawns between two plates.
♦ Top with the horseradish cream and then pile the salad on top.
♦ Decorate the plates with the remaining dressing and then serve.
